Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original BRONX branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
